Our Commitment & Return Window
At EuroCupGear, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be present and intact.

Important: Personalized or custom items (e.g., jerseys with printed names, numbers) are final sale and cannot be returned unless due to a proven manufacturing error on our part.

For non-personalized items, if conditions are not fully met, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack Securely: Place the item with all original materials in a secure package. Include a note with your order number and preference (refund or exchange).

Ship It Back: Mail the package to the address we provide. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our error.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases of our error.
